Delivery times

We aim to get our products to you within 10-15 working days. If you haven't received your order within this timeframe please fill out a form under 'Contact us' and we will be happy to take a look for you.

How can I track my order? 

We email order tracking information to you when our suppliers ship the product. If you can't find the email please fill out a form under 'Contact us' and we can provide a delivery update.

Can I cancel or update my shipping address?

Unfortunately after a product is shipped we are unable to change the delivery address. Please fill in a form under 'Contact us' as soon as possible if you are looking to change the delivery address and we will see if it is possible. 

Do you allow exchanges or returns?

We do not allow exchanges of products but we do accommodate returns. Please refer to our 'Returns policy' section for the full details of this.
